DESCRIPTION:The Certified Title & Registration Program is designed to provide the essential skills and knowledge required for optimal performance in Minnesota Title and Registration processing.\nThis comprehensive program covers the following three topic areas in depth: \n\nSales Tax\nNew-to-State Vehicles\nMinnesota Titles and Transfers\n\nA test is administered for each topic. Participants must successfully pass all three tests to earn certification. Certification is mandatory for participation in the Electronic Vehicle Title and Registration (EVTR) program.\nProgram Format\nThis is a virtual program consisting of self-paced video modules followed by a required live session.\nTo ensure you are fully prepared\, all video modules must be completed prior to attending the live overview and testing session.\nThe live session provides a summary and review of the material and includes testing. It is not a substitute for the instructional content in the videos. Participants who do not complete the video modules in advance will be ill-prepared for the tests.
