Participants must successfully pass all three tests to earn certification. Certification is mandatory for participation in the Electronic Vehicle Title and Registration (EVTR) program.\nProgram Format\nThis is a virtual program consisting of self-paced video modules followed by a required live session.\nTo ensure you are fully prepared\, all video modules must be completed prior to attending the live overview and testing session.\nThe live session provides a summary and review of the material and includes testing. It is not a substitute for the instructional content in the videos. Participants who do not complete the video modules in advance will be ill-prepared for the tests.
