Workforce Challenges? Let’s Solve Them Together.

Minnesota dealerships are facing real workforce challenges — recruiting, training, and retaining quality employees. MADA is gathering input directly from dealership owners and staff to better understand these issues and identify practical solutions.

MADA staff will be traveling across Minnesota in April to host regional workforce development roundtables. These sessions will bring dealers together to discuss workforce challenges, share ideas, and explore solutions that save dealerships time and money.

At these meetings we will:
-Share key insights from the workforce survey
-Explore partnerships with high schools and technical colleges
-Identify training or workforce resources dealers need

These are informal, discussion-based meetings designed to hear directly from dealerships in your region.
