Over the past year, Porsche Minneapolis and Porsche St. Paul deepened a long-standing partnership with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital (SJCRH) through a full calendar of community engagements. The stores participated in the St. Jude Walk/Run, served as presenting sponsor of the Moments of Courage Gala, and wove the mission into dealership life with in-store activations and special events. A standout centerpiece was the interactive “St. Jude Macan”—wrapped in patient artwork and clear-filmed—displayed on the showroom floor to spark conversations, inspire giving, and keep both clients and employees connected to the cause. Fundraisers hosted with the local Porsche Club and partner organizations broadened reach and amplified impact across the Twin Cities enthusiast community.
Financially, the dealerships have demonstrated sustained leadership. They have served as presenting sponsor of the Gala for four consecutive years—a $40,000 annual investment—and, over the course of the partnership, have helped raise more than $600,000 for St. Jude. In recognition of this momentum and meaningful growth, the stores were honored with St. Jude’s Emerging Partner of the Year Award last year.
Employee engagement is central to the effort. Team members are encouraged to participate in ways that fit their role—attending events, sharing the mission with customers, and supporting on-site activations—and several employees traveled to Memphis to visit the hospital and see firsthand how donations change lives. The work has created a ripple effect in the wider Porsche community: a strong collaboration with the local Porsche Club (500+ active members) and a new avenue for JDC Miller MotorSports to support St. Jude—hosting patients and families at race weekends nationwide and proudly carrying the SJCRH logo on its 963 racecar.
