Title Re-Certification (Virtual Training)

A multi-course certification series. 

Full Description

The Certified Title & Registration credential is valid for three (3) years. To remain certified, individuals must complete the Certified Title & Registration Re-certification course before their certification expires.

The recertification consists of a quiz-only assessment and is available only to individuals who have previously completed the Certified Title & Registration Program and were officially certified. The re-certification quiz evaluates continued knowledge and understanding of Minnesota Title and Registration requirements, including:

  • Sales Tax
  • New-to-State Vehicles
  • Minnesota Titles and Transfers

Successful completion of the re-certification quiz is required to maintain certification and continued eligibility to participate in the Electronic Vehicle Title and Registration (EVTR) program.
