Earlier this month, MADA had the opportunity to bring a group of Minnesota dealers to the Ethos Group corporate headquarters in Dallas for an exclusive visit. The trip provided a behind-the-scenes look at Ethos’ unique approach to F&I, their focus on long-term dealer partnerships, and the support they provide to drive sustainable performance.
Dealers engaged with Ethos leadership to explore their innovative strategies around the evolving car-buying and servicing experience, and got a firsthand look at emerging technologies shaping the future of automotive retail. A highlight of the trip was a tour of Ethos’ state-of-the-art training facilities, which underscored their commitment to hands-on, immersive education for dealership teams.
