Who We Are
Since 1919, MADA has been more than an association—we’re the trusted voice and advocate for Minnesota’s franchised new car and truck dealers. Representing nearly every domestic and international brand, we provide legislative advocacy, expert legal guidance, and practical resources that help dealerships navigate change and protect their businesses. For over a century, our mission has been to empower dealerships to succeed—and through them, support the communities they serve.
We work tirelessly to ensure dealerships have the tools, knowledge, and support they need to operate efficiently and ethically. From monitoring legislation and defending dealer rights to offering training and dealer supplies, MADA is committed to strengthening Minnesota’s automotive industry and fostering a thriving business environment for our members.

Meet the MADA Team
Meet the MADA professionals and board leaders who support Minnesota’s new car and truck dealerships’ success through legal guidance, government affairs, title services, and strategic partnerships.
Guided by the Board of Directors our team of innovators and experts work to serve our dealer members.
The MADA Board supports Minnesota’s automotive dealers by ensuring financial stability, guiding long-term planning, managing the budget, and advocating at state and national levels to set public policy priorities.
The Executive Committee are the officers of the MADA Board of Directors.
The MADA Services Board oversees MADA’s for-profit operations, including endorsements, Title Solutions, and product sales, ensuring alignment with MADA’s mission and dealer value. Comprised of MADA and non-MADA Board members, it provides oversight and strategic guidance.
The GMADA Board oversees the metro association’s key initiatives, including organizing the annual Twin Cities Auto Show and negotiations with local unions.
The MADA Foundation Board oversees the association’s charitable initiatives, supporting programs that impact the industry and community.
